Africa News Tonight: There are reports of fierce fighting today between Sudan's army and the paramilitary RSF despite the extension of a truce. The United Nations’ World Food Program says it’s resuming operations in Sudan after a pause of more than two weeks prompted by the killing of three staff members. And, in Cameroon, hundreds of thousands of workers marched on the May 1 International Labor Day, calling for wage increases amid price hikes fueled by Russia's war on Ukraine.
