The World Food Program says it is struggling to get aid to Sudan's capital, Khartoum, and other areas seeing intense fighting and multiple failed cease-fires. And, Kenyan President William Ruto today appointed a commission of inquiry into the deaths of more than 100 people believed to have starved themselves to death under the direction of an alleged cult leader.
