Africa News Tonight: President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said after meeting African leaders in Kyiv on Friday that peace talks with Russia would be possible only after Moscow withdraws its forces from occupied Ukrainian territory. The United States has condemned human rights violations committed in Sudan’s two-month-old violence, particularly reports of sexual violence and targeting of civilians along ethnic lines by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces and allied militias in West Darfur State.
