On Nightline Africa: As Nigeria edges closer to the February 25 elections that will see the West African nation electing a new president replacing outgoing Muhammadu Buhari, youth advocates are calling on the Independent National Electoral Commission to help people with disabilities cast their ballots. Ivory Coast authorities Sunday said President Alassane Ouattara welcomed 46 soldiers back to the West African nation after they were convicted by Mali’s military junta but recently pardoned.
