On Africa News Tonight: Botswana’s former President Ian Khama has asked that nation's high court to set aside a warrant for his arrest after the former leader failed to show up in court last week amid facing multiple charges, among them unlawful possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and procuring the registration of a firearm by false pretense. The United Nations says it can’t confirm that M23 rebels have withdrawn from occupied areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo and add, the rebel group may have seized new territory, however the rebel group insists that they have vacated areas in the Central African nation and are determined to work towards peace in the region.
