Coming Up on Africa News Tonight: Sudan’s military leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan met with Ethiopia’s President Abiy Ahmed in Kenya for a summit of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development regional body where the two agreed to settle any differences following clashes on their tense border last month; Sadeq Belaid, the head of the panel that oversaw the drafting on Tunisia’s new constitution has withdrawn his support following changes by the presidency to what he said paves way to a “dictatorial regime.”
