Schools reopen in Bukavu after M23 attacks
Calm is returning to Bukavu in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo after M23 fighters entered the city and two deadly explosions. VOA’s Paul Ndiho spoke to Fabien Mweze, the secretary general of the Center of Political and Strategic Studies in Bukavu, for more on how the rebel group is impacting daily life in the city.
