Commonwealth of Nations’ chief wraps up 9-year tenure
From fighting climate change, improving trade and dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, the outgoing Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Nations, Patricia Scotland, highlighted her successes during her nine-year tenure. Madam Patricia Scotland is scheduled to officially step down later this month. VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to her during the recent 48th meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community or CARICOM in Barbados.
