From fighting climate change, improving trade and dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, the outgoing Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Nations, Patricia Scotland, highlighted her successes during her nine-year tenure. Madam Patricia Scotland is scheduled to officially step down later this month.
