But the program begins in Kenya, where President Uhuru Kenyatta and other top officials are stepping up efforts to address gender-based violence in sports. Reuben Kyama has a report from Nairobi. Last October, the murder of Agnes Tirop, one of Kenya's top female distance runners, made headlines in Africa and all over the world.
