US Vice President to Make Historic Africa Trip
U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris will become the highest-ranking official in President Joe Biden's administration to visit the African continent when she begins a tour of Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia Sunday. Her office says she will work on strengthening partnerships, security and economic prosperity. Analysts say her mere presence as the first Black and first female U.S. vice president is significant.
