US Republican Party wins House majority, securing lawmaking trifecta
With critical races announced in California and Arizona, United States Republicans have achieved a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, winning 218 seats, With the House and Senate under control, Republican leaders have cemented a lawmaking trifecta, allowing them to quickly implement President-elect Donald Trump's policy goals.
