US, Diaspora Engagement Director Speaks with VOA
VOA's Peter Clottey recently sat down with Deniece Laurent-Mantey, the director of the United States Presidential Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement. She spoke about the need for the first-of-its-kind engagement council, as well as the importance of United States’ presenting diplomacy through sports at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament that is being held in Ivory Coast.
