US city of New Orleans left reeling after New Year’s attack

Nola Haynes, who is from New Orleans, is a political scientist at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign service and a member of an international security advisory board. She tells VOA’s Carol Van Dam that she has been warning of increased terrorist threats both inside the US and elsewhere for some time, but first she describes her personal reaction to the attack.
