U.N. Appoints Senegalese Envoy to Libya
United Nations confirmed the nomination of former Senegalese minister and UN diplomat Abdoulaye Bathily to be the new UN envoy to Libya after the Security Council gave its approval. VOA’s Mohamed Elshinnawi discussed this development with Wolfgang Pusztai, former Austrian military attache in Libya.
