South Africa's president appoints new cabinet
On Sunday, South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa announced his new government. Twelve out of 32 portfolios were given to former opposition parties, which means the ANC loses its outright parliamentary majority. VOA’s Paul Ndiho spoke with Maropeng Mpya, an advocate and political and social commentator based in Johannesburg.
