South Africa opposition accuses ANC of pandering to garner votes
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Wednesday signed the National Health Insurance Bill into law. Ramaphosa says the law will give free health care to all South Africans but the main opposition party the Democratic Alliance (DA) accuses Ramaphosa of rushing to sign the bill ahead of elections in a cynical attempt to garner votes.
