Rwandans share joy, sadness over Kagame election win on social media
Rwandan President Paul Kagame won the country’s presidential election, receiving 99 percent of the vote, according to results released by the country's election body. Kagame won by a similar amount in 2017. VOA Nairobi bureau chief Mariama Diallo, who is covering the elections, tells VOA's Linord Moudou that social media was the platform many chose to share their thoughts.
