Paramilitary group moves closer towards forming government for ‘New Sudan’
The Rapid Support Forces, RSF, which are rivals to Sudan’s national army, the Sudanese Armed Forces, SAF, on Tuesday signed a transitional constitution as the paramilitary group moved towards forming a government for a “New Sudan.” Reuters reporter David Doyle has more on RSF’s attempts to form a parallel government in Sudan.
