Lavrov: No "Concrete" Peace Proposal From African Nations
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday that Moscow had not received any proposals on paper for a peace settlement in Ukraine from Brazil or African nations. The statement comes as South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy by phone over the weekend and each agreed to host "an African leaders peace mission" in Moscow and Kyiv, respectively.
