Kenyan Traders Sue Government Over Chinese Company Operations
Kenyan traders are suing President William Ruto’s administration for the surge of Chinese-owned companies that are licensed to operate in the East African nation, but are now undercutting local prices while allegedly violating laws that call on foreign investments to benefit the country.
