Human Rights Researcher: Ethiopia Rights Violations Must Stop
As peace talks between the Ethiopian government and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) continued Friday in South Africa, Amnesty International researcher, Fisseha Tekle, called for human rights violations in Ethiopia to stop. Tekle, a researcher for Ethiopia and Eritrea, spoke to VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart urging parties involved in the on-going peace talks to commit to achieving peace.
