Historic Flooding in Libya Prompts Humanitarian Crisis
A torrent of floodwaters in Libya has killed thousands of people and flattened buildings. In Derna, city officials say thousands of people are being buried in mass graves, and the death toll has reached nearly seven thousand, while emergency officials say as much as a quarter of the city has disappeared.
