Inspired by the need for more professional skilled technical workers, Penelope Brooke Thompson set out to launch a skills training center in Ghana. VOA's Paul Ndiho spoke with Thompson, founder of the Africa Center for Technical Training in Accra, who said the initiate aims to "use technology as a tool to disrupt technical and vocational education and trade."
