Georgia state legislators begin the process of certifying US election results
Securing the 16 electoral votes of pivotal swing state Georgia helped Donald Trump become president-elect of the United States. VOA's Anthony LaBruto tells Esther Githui-Ewart that with the votes counted and electors pledged, state legislators will now go through the formal process of certifying the election results before sending them to Washington ahead of Inauguration Day.
