Egypt’s FM Talks Ethiopia Dam Conflict, Sudan Ceasefire
Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry says there is friction between his nation and Ethiopia resulting from years of failed dialogue over the usage of the Nile River. Shoukry, however, adds that Cairo is open to settling the matter with Addis Ababa.
