Economics professor's perspective on efforts to cut US government spending
Since its creation in January 2025, the Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE, has been implementing steps with the goal of cutting down government spending. VOA's Philip Alexiou talks with Bryan Caplan, a professor of economics at George Mason University, about DOGE's efforts and what it has accomplished so far.
