Development Finance Corporation celebrates 5th anniversary in Washington, D.C.
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s (DFC) 5th Anniversary Conference will be held Monday in Washington, D.C. Senior U.S. Government officials, members of Congress, international leaders, business executives, and changemakers will convene to reflect on the corporation's five-year investment projects in developing countries. The conference will exemplify DGC's long-standing commitment to providing financial solutions to the most critical challenges facing the developing world, and DFC’s future in global development. VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewarts spoke to VOA’s Anthony LaBruto live at the event in downtown Washington, D.C. for a look into the DFC’s impact on the African continent.
