After months of Russian attacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure, some locals are trying to rebuild their small businesses by relying on emergency services’ power supplies as the violence continues. In the capital Kyiv, the ''new normal'' is now daily power outages since Russian began bombing their power plants. VOA’s Heather Murdock reports.
