Analysis: Tunisia’s US Monastir overcame struggles to qualify for BAL playoffs
Basketball experts applaud Tunisia’s US Monastir for their turn around performance in the Sahara Conference of the 2024 Basketball Africa League, BAL. The north African team consecutively lost their opening three games of the tournament, which was held in Senegal’s capital, Dakar. US Monastir later showed their quality as a basketball team by winning their final three games to secure qualification to the next stage of the BAL, which will be played in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali.
