African Regional Blocs Integral in Mediating Coups
African regional blocs are facing significant challenges dealing with coups that are on the rise on the continent. The lack of resources and capacity limited political will, and involvement of external actors. Despite the difficulties, regional blocs continue to play a vital role in addressing coups in Africa. For more perspective, VOA's Paul Ndiho spoke to Moses Khisa, an associate professor of political science and Africana studies at North Carolina State University.
