This week the annual Washington Mandela Summit brought together hundreds of young leaders that are creating positive change for countless in Africa. VOA’s Anthony LaBruto talks to T’Errance Favors, the Coordinator for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), at the Bureau of African Affairs at the U.S. Department of State to get a look at the program and its goals for the next 10 years.
