Nigeria national museum commission works to retrieve and keep stolen Benin Bronzes
Nigeria’s National Commission for Museums and Monuments, or NCMM, has been tasked with the responsibility of retrieving and retaining priceless Benin Bronzes that were looted in 1897 by British soldiers from the Kingdom of Benin, now southern Nigeria. Reuters reporter Alice Rizzo has more.
