Namibians are voting Wednesday to elect their seventh President and members of the National Assembly since gaining independence 34 years ago. If the ruling party, SWAPO, wins, its presidential candidate, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, who could become the country's first female African president and Africa’s third. VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to Rui Tyitende, a Namibian political analyst on what is at stake in this election and on top candidates' agendas.
