World Leaders Raise Funds for Sudan Aid, Locals Feel Neglected
World leaders this week met in France’s capital Paris to attend an aid conference focused on raising over $2 billion for conflict-stricken Sudan. However, residents of Omdurman, a city across the Nile from the capital Khartoum, say they feel neglected by the international community and are calling for more action.
