Voters Head to Polls Across DRC for General Election
Voters in the Democratic Republic of Congo went to the polls Wednesday in a high-stakes general election pitting the incumbent President Felix Tshisekedi against a fragmented opposition. Congolese have expressed concern about insecurity in the country and hard economic times and are hoping the incoming president will address those issues.
