Reporter: Humanitarian Aid to Gaza Remains in Limbo
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken announces an agreement to develop a plan on humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza after marathon talks with Netanyahu. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warns Iran and Hezbollah not to get involved and the United Nations says a majority of people in Gaza are without access to water.
