Libya Flood Survivors: 'Only God knows What We're Going Through'
Standing in his mud-filled house at the seaside Libyan town of Sousse, Saad Rajab Mohammed Al Hassi, finds himself without shelter after his house was damaged by the Sunday's catastrophic floods. "Only God knows what we are going through. We are back to square one. No one helps you. Even the government did not help us. We are left out on the street," Hassi said. In the eastern city of Al Bayda, survivor Ahmad al-Hawal was seen sweeping the muddy floors of his house damaged by the floods. He said his life was "100% good" until the disaster. "I had my house and my family, but now there is nothing," he added.
