Zimbabwe's Mnangagwa Wins Presidency
Zimbabwe's incumbent president and presidential candidate for the ruling ZANU-PF, Emmerson Mnangagwa, Saturday was announced as the winner of the 2023 presidential election. The chairperson of the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, ZEC, Priscilla Chigumba announced that Mnangagwa secured 52.6% of the vote while his main challenger, Nelson Chamisa secured 44%.
