Zimbabwean Activists Call for Women's Empowerment Amid Elections
Zimbabwean activists note that the southern African nation’s 2023 general elections are witnessing an increased number of women running for parliamentary and council seats. However, they are calling for gender equity in the presidential race which has one woman contesting against 10 men.
