Inspired by National Team, Moroccan Girls Play Football
In Morocco, 14-year-old Rabab and other teenage girls are taking up football after being inspired by the country’s national women’s football team making its debut at the Women's World Cup, which kicked off this week. The team, known as the Atlas Lionesses, hopes to make its mark in the tournament co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand and motivate the next generation of athletes.
