Tinubu Sworn in as Nigeria's President Despite Election Dispute
71-year-old Bola Tinubu was sworn in Monday as Nigeria's president in front of thousands of Nigerians and several heads of government in the country's capital, Abuja. Tinubu succeeded President Muhammadu Buhari, but his election is still contested in court by opposition parties that boycotted his inauguration. The outcome of the court challenge is due in about three weeks.
