A grand jury in New York has voted to indict former U.S. President Donald Trump on criminal charges related to a payoff to a former adult film star.  For more perspective of the significance of the indictment for Americans and similarities to some African leaders, VOA's Hayde Adams is joined by David Monda, a Professor of Political Science at City University of New York.
