Fans of Rapper AKA Pay Their Respects
Fans of South African multiple award-winning artist Kiernan Forbes, known as AKA, bid farewell to the 35-year-old rap star who was shot dead last Saturday in the southeastern city of Durban. VOA’s Thuso Khumalo spoke to fans outside the memorial at the Sandton Convention Center in the Johannesburg suburb to hear their thoughts on the life and legacy of AKA.
