‘China, Russia Are Exploiting Africa’- US Congressman
U.S. Congressman Jim Costa recently sat down with VOA to discuss relations between Washington and Africa, during which the California representative said his country had “neglected its role” on the continent. The 70-year-old leader called on President Joe Biden to work with Washington’s western partners to address challenges faced by Africa and alleged that China and Russia are exploiting the resources that belong to the youngest and fastest growing continent in the world.
