Ethiopian Federal Government Delegation Visits Tigray
A high-level delegation from Ethiopia’s federal government arrived Monday in Mekelle, capital of the Tigray region, in the first official visit following a peace deal aimed at ending a brutal two-year conflict. VOA reporter Tigist Geme joined Africa 54 host Esther Githui-Ewart to discuss the importance of the visit.
