US Secretary Hails Angola’s Progress in Building Lobito Rail Corridor
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken Thursday was in Angola as he concluded his four-nation visit to Africa. During his stay in Angola, Blinken met national leaders, including President Joao Lourenco. He hailed the southern African nation for the “dramatic progress made” in building the Lobito Corridor, a railway line that will extend into Zambia, opening the way for increased trade.
