Nigeria’s Opposition to Challenge Dismissed Presidency Appeal
Livy Uzoukwu, the legal representative for Peter Obi, the leader of Nigeria’s Labor Party, LP, and Chris Uche, the legal representative for Atiku Abubakar, the leader of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Wednesday announced receiving instructions from their clients “to challenge” a judgement passed by an appeals court that upheld the presidency of Bola Tinubu after the opposition leaders alleged a fraudulent victory in the February 25 elections.
