Shema Charlotte is a 37-year-old fashion designer and the founder of Touch of Rwanda Fashion Designs Ltd. She started her journey in the fashion world as a student at a startup company in Kigali, where she learned various skills, such as sewing, cutting, designing, drawing, and client communication. Today, she uses her creativity and expertise to create exciting and original outfits for her clients.
