Democratic Party leaders speak on Africa policy should Harris be elected to the White House
Senior leaders of the Democratic Party say should Vice President Kamala Harris win the race to the White House in November, her government would continue the attempts by her predecessor, President Joe Biden, to strengthen relations with Africa and prioritize bringing an end to conflicts in nations like Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. VOA’s Carol Van Dam attended the recently concluded Democratic National Convention, DNC, where she spoke with the Democratic Party leaders and filed this report.
