Thousands await ballots as logistics issues plague Namibian voting system
Thousands in Namibia are still waiting to cast their ballots Thursday as Namibian election officials struggled with technological problems, according to AFP. According to Namibian law, voters who queued before 9pm local time are still allowed to cast their ballots. Reporter Tracy Tafirenyika has the details from Windhoek.
